I don’t actually know what anthropology is
Like is it different from sociology?
Anthropology is the very broad study of people as a whole, including biological (evolutionary), cultural, archaeological, and linguistic. Mostly, anthropologist study how groups of people have changed and compare them to other groups of people (and primates). Hope this helps - its actually really interesting because you have to know a little about everything to be an anthropologist! Applied, though, it can be a bit boring…tons of lab work, logging, all very tedious and slow.

anthropology is basically the study of humans, including their origins. sociology is more about studying culture and how humans interact.
